At Naseebo, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible. 


1. Exchange Policy:

  • We offer an exchange policy within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  • The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
  • The customer must ship the product(s) back to us. 
  • Rs.300/- reverse pick-up charges for any exchange of any clothing items on our website would be borne by the customer.
  • The exchange will happen only once.
  • Pieces once exchanged, are no longer eligible for return.
  • The exchange must be sent to us within 14 days from the date you received the parcel.


2. Return Policy:

  • The return must be delivered to us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.
  • The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
  • The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.
  • Rs.300/- reverse pick-up charges for any exchange of any clothing items on our website would be borne by the customer.
  • The return will happen only once.
  • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.
  • The refund may take up to 12-15 days working days to reflect in your account.

    Any sort of customised orders ( pre-stitched saree, stitched blouse, length alterations, etc) are not eligible for exchange or return.


3. Product Defects:

  • No exchange or refund will be done for any product defects after a period of 2 months from the date of delivery.

NOTE:
1) We will not be responsible if wrong product is handover by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.

2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max - Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.
